Fitness Background: After working in the care industry with many different clients and types of health issues I became a personal trainer in the fitness industry to assist people with their physical health and to look after my own health and mobility. I found it to be my passion. I became a Lifestyle Trainer in 2010 offering exercise and nutritional guidance for over 50’s with the Beat It Physical Activity and Lifestyle Program by the Australian Diabetes Council

Inspiration for being a Personal Trainer

To inspire others through the benefits of physical activity, to get the feel-good endorphins flowing, to have fun and live life. A healthy attitude can prolong life and heal our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies giving us a better quality of life regardless of age.
