About Our Gym

We are a family owned and run gym, husband and wife team. Our passion for training is something we love to share. Our facility is set up for beginners all the way up to advance athletes with everything you need under one roof. Our main focus is on strength training for weight management to improve health and to build muscle.

We have a deadlift platform, smith machine, power rack, squat rack all set up with bumper plates, a large range of dumbbells from 1kg up 65kg, olympic barbells with a large range of weight plates, fixed barbells, trap/deadlift bar, GHD, plenty of weight machines including a 45 degree leg press and isolateral machines, 4 types of bench presses (incline, decline, flat and fixed), cable crossover machine & jungle gym with 8 cable stations.

HIIT training area equipped with kettlebells, powerbags, deadballs, battle rope, prowler sled, plyo boxes, TRX straps & dip bars.

Plenty of cardio equipment including 2 x boxing bags, 2 x concept 2 rowers, 2 x air bikes and basic cardio equipment such as treadmills, cross trainers & bikes.
